Omtiz Refund Policy

Our team at Omitz is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a digital tool, membership subscription, or training from Omitz and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

 Training Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund on any live training (in-person or virtual), the following steps must be taken:

- Refund requests must be made in writing by contacting phil.clark@omitz.io.
- Request for refund must be made before the training begins to receive a full refund.  Refund requests made on or within 14 days after the purchased training date are eligible for a future credit for trainings of equal or lesser value.


Digital Product/Subscription Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken:

- Refund must be requested in writing by contacting phil.clark@omitz.io
- Individuals are eligible for full refunds when requests are made within 14 days of the original purchase date.


Non-refundable Products, Subscriptions, and Services:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.omitz.io:

- Because of the labor cost involved, custom integrations into Omitz's Insight Engine are not eligible for returns. Specific details of custom integrations, including satisfaction metrics, will be provided in separate contract initiating that subscription.


Omitz is committed to customer satisfaction, and while we stand by our policy as written above, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can better serve you or improve our products.
